When Nottinghamshire identified Michael Lumb as one of the players to solve their championship batting frailties, there were one or two sceptical expressions. Lumb was the batsman who went from unsung county professional to Twenty20 adventurer in the twinkle of a Shane Warne eye. It is asking a lot for him to make the return journey, but on this evidence he wants to make it.Two championship matches into his Nottinghamshire career, Lumb has made what could prove to be a telling statement. He ended the second day on 104 not out, only his 13th first-class century. At 31, it is not too late for him to reinvent himself as an old sweat of the county circuit.He does not look like an old sweat, not quite yet, but beneath his relaxed manner there is a determination not to be remembered as a two-dimensional cricketer. “The move to Notts was never just about the one-day format,” he said. “I know I still have a lot to offer in the four-day game and hopefully that begins to prove it.”He began tentatively, understandable as 21 wickets had fallen for 306 runs when he came to the crease a second time, and his first dozen or so runs rattled off the edge to the sightscreen. But he settled after that, first with Alex Hales and then with James Taylor, playing with great discernment. By the time Scott Borthwick, a young legspinner with freezing hands, pulled down three long hops which he cut through cover to reach 99, he had earned a few gifts. During Notts’ pre-season tour of Barbados, he was still putting his foot in an ice bucket after batting; there was no need for that in the north-east, where the temperature was icy enough as it was.”I have had a bit of trauma with the feet,” he said. “I broke the foot, ruptured ankle ligaments, and had a compete reconstruction of my right ankle in the winter. I’ve done a lot of physio work and the ankle feels really good now and spending that time in the middle begins to prove it.”Hales had made the first half-century of the match as Nottinghamshire have made a better fist of things second time around. Like his Notts team-mate James Taylor, he was omitted from England’s development squad after a largely unproductive winter with the Lions in Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, but in testing conditions he strove to modify his attacking style, willing himself to play with deliberation, against Graham Onions in particular.Durham batted poorly before lunch, adding only 74 in losing their last seven wickets. Ben Phillips, 37 now, and beginning his 17th season of first-class cricket, made early inroads, including Stokes who played on for 33 as he shaped to leave.With two innings completed before lunch on the second day, there had been some disorientated batting in challenging conditions. Jair falou especificamente de um jogador, o lateral-direito Mantuan, de 21 anos. Pouco antes do gol do Palmeiras, ele fez sinal para o banco pedindo substituição, mas não houve clareza no pedido. Pouco depois, com ele em campo, o rival abriu o placar. O técnico considera que o lateral tem de aprender com a situação.

-Foi um lance meio complicado. Ele pede, mas continua normal, correndo. Não digo que faltou experiência, mas talvez faltou outra atitude. Não falta de experiência, mas era só fazer o sinal. Ficou a dúvida. Quando já estou chamando o Clayson, a gente sofre o gol. Quase não vi o gol. Palmeiras estava explorando muito bem o corredor, a bola longa. E acabou tomando o gol assim, cruzamento muito longo. Um aprendizado para ele, com certeza ele é jovem, e não deve repetir essa situação – declarou.

O treinador teve dois treinos antes do jogo e decidiu por manter a escalação que vinha jogando. Agora, terá só mais dois dias para preparar o time que encara o Flamengo. A reapresentação é nesta segunda à tarde.

Tive a pergunta antes do jogo, me perguntaram o que deu para implementar, eu falei: nada! Tem de dar sequência, nem troquei a escalação. Seria imprudente da minha parte fazer mudanças. Precisamos de tempo, mas não temos esse tempo. Já temos o Flamengo, precisamos reverter, estamos todos incomodados.

Análise do jogo
O clássico de muita luta, entrega. Poucas chances, jogo muito lutado. Falei muito do controle emocional, e tivemos. Sabíamos o que estava envolvido, lutamos, marcamos bem, mas tivemos dificuldade na armação, e finalização. Sabemos. Agora é corrigir e virar essa chave, que estamos próximos de conquistar a Copa do Brasil. E no Brasileiro sempre pensamos em cima.

O time vai conseguir responder quarta?
Tem de responder. A gente trabalha para isso. Período de treinamento será muito pouco, tem viagem para o Rio. Podemos perder um jogador, que precisa ser reavaliado, a gente não sabe se Fagner volta. Tivemos de correr risco, mas agora é virar a chave. Tem de sobrar pela derrota, mas está sempre com a cabeça levantada. Enquanto isso a gente vai dando apoio, confiança, porque qualidade tem.

Flamengo
Temos de pensar que são dois jogos, nada está decidido. Tem outro jogo, mas claro que se conseguir resultado fora é muito importante. Sempre é assim.

Romero de falso 9
Tem chance de ele jogar ali, sim, principalmente sem Roger, que não pode jogar a Copa do Brasil. Jonathas estava parado, então pode ocorrer na necessidade.

كشف طارق محروس المدير الفني لنادي النور السعودي لكرة اليد عن وجود مفاوضات تمت بين الاتحاد المصري لكرة اليد ونيكولاي جاكوبسون المدير الفني لمنتخب الدنمارك بطل العالم.

وقال محروس في تصريحات لبرنامج “كاونتر أتاك” عبر إذاعة “أون سبورت إف إم”: “الاتحاد المصري لكرة اليد تفاوض مع جاكوبسون قبل بطولة العالم الأخيرة، والمدرب رحب بخوض التجربة مع منتخب مصر، إلا أن تتويجه بكأس العالم 2023 دفع الاتحاد الدنماركي للتمسك باستمراره وبالتالي المفاوضات لم تُستكمل مع الاتحاد المصري”.

وأكد أن اختيار الإسباني خوان كارلوس باستور هو مثالي في الوقت الحالي، موضحًا: “باستور من المدربين المميزين على مستوى العالم، وصاحب مدرسة متطورة في كرة اليد، ومعروف عنه الحزم والصرامة في تنفيذ تعليماته الفنية، وهو اختيار موفق بالتأكيد لأنه يمتلك سيرة ذاتية قوية وسبق له التتويج بلقب كأس العالم”.

وكان اتحاد كرة اليد قد أعلن التوصل لاتفاق نهائي مع المدير الفني الإسباني خوان كارلوس باستور، لتولي مهمة تدريب منتخب مصر، خلفًا للإسباني روبيرتو جارسيا باروندو، والذي رحل عن تدريب الفراعنة بعد المشاركة في بطولة العالم الأخيرة.

وأضاف: “سبق لي مواجهة باستور عندما كنت مساعدًا مع زوران المدير الفني الأسبق لمنتخب مصر في بطولة العالم عام 2007، وكان باستور يقود إسبانيا وفاز علينا بفارق هدف، أسلوبه يختلف عن باروندو وديفيد ديفيز، سيمنح فرصة أكبر ومساحة للأجنحة ولاعبي الدائرة في الجانب الهجومي، على عكس باروندو الذي كان يهتم فقط بالخط الخلفي”.

وأشار إلى أن مجموعة كبيرة من لاعبي منتخب الشباب الحاصل على برونزية العالم 2019 ولاعبي منتخب الناشئين الحاصل على لقب كأس العالم 2019 كان يجب أن يكون لهم دور منذ فترة مع المنتخب الأول، إلا أن باروندو كان يفضل الاعتماد فقط على عناصر الخبرة مع إغفال الدفع بعناصر جديدة لعمل مزج بين الشباب والخبرة.

واختتم: “الجيل الحالي كان ينبغي أن يحقق ميدالية في بطولة العالم 2023، أكثر من 6 لاعبين من القوام الحالي ستتخطى أعمارهم 35 عامًا في بطولة العالم المقبلة في 2025، وهو ما يعني أن باستور سينزل بمعدل الأعمار فور توليه مهمة تدريب منتخب مصر، وأتمنى أن يحقق المنتخب الوطني ميدالية أولمبية أو عالمية خلال المرحلة المقبلة”.

Daley narrowly missed her half-century; she scored 48 off 28 balls to push the scoring-rate in the second half. She was out on the penultimate ball of the innings to Shashikala Siriwardene, who also accounted for Anisa Mohammed off the next ball.Sri Lanka chase began steadily as well, as they go to 48 for two after eleven overs. Mustard gave a sharp catch to Martin van Jaarsveld at slip and Stokes was lbw as the visitors reached 28 for 2 in the eighth over.Glamorgan then struck twice more in the next two overs. Mal esquentou…
O remendado time alvinegro ainda se encontrava em campo quando o Bahia pressionou e foi bem sucedido. Aos quatro minutos, Nino Paraíba cruzou, a zaga afastou mal e Ramires chutou de esquerda para abrir o placar. E o cenário parecia piorar para o Glorioso quando Valencia sentiu dores na perna direita e precisou ser substituído.

Travessão 2 a 0
O Glorioso demorou, mas se encontrou. E pressionou o time da casa: Brenner, primeiramente, tirou tinta da trave esquerda do goleiro após escanteio. Em seguida, quase encobriu Douglas. A bola parou na outra trave. Ainda no primeiro tempo, Rodrigo Pimpão recebeu na direita, ajeitou o corpo e… acertou somente o travessão.

Quem não faz leva
A pressão botafoguense no início do segundo tempo foi avassaladora. Contudo, o bate-rebate e as chances de Marcelo Benevenuto e Luiz Fernando paravam em Douglas. Então, do outro lado, Clayton cobrou escanteio, Diego se atrapalhou e mandou a bola para dentro do gol. Vantagem baiana ampliada.

Prejuízo menor
O Alvinegro, então, passou a chegar ao ataque com frequência maior ainda. Luiz Fernando tentou, Douglas também falhou, não defendeu de primeira e Pimpão aproveitou. Gol alvinegro! Benevenuto teve outras duas chances, Luiz Fernando outra… mas nada de a bola passar a linha.

Treta
O apitador já gastou longos minutos conversando ao longo do jogo. E piorou quando Léo pôs a mão no rosto de Luiz Fernando, que ficou no chão. O árbitro, então, entendeu que era justo expulsar o lateral do time mandante. O ímpeto alvinegro diminuiu após os minutos que o jogo ficou parado. E mesmo com um a mais, o Glorioso não conseguiu o empate.

وقال أشرف صبحي في تصريحات لقناة “صدى البلد”: “هناك تكامل بين كل مؤسسات الدولة، يجب أن تكون الرياضة تليق بالجهد المبذول على مستوى مجالس الإدارات والتحليل والإعلام، نحاول أن يكون هناك شكل من السلوك المتكامل”.

وأكمل وزير الرياضة: “تم عمل دراسة منذ فترة على كل القوانين المرتبطة بحالة الرياضة، بداية من القوانين العامة المرتبطة بالرياضة، وقانون الهيئات الشبابية، والقوانين الخاصة بالإعلام، ونتج عن هذه الدراسة مجموعة من الأدبيات السلوكية الواجبة الاتباع”.

وأردف: “سنتابع تنفيذ ذلك، لذلك عندما تمت الدراسة كان لا بد أن نُعلن عن ذلك، وسنعمم ذلك على كل المؤسسات الرياضية، وقلنا في البيان مواد العقوبات في القانون”.

وواصل: “هناك سلوكيات عامة في الفترة القادمة لا بد أن تتغير، لأننا نستضيف بطولات عالمية ونريد أن ندخل في أمور أكثر من ذلك، وشكلنا الإعلامي لا بد أن يُعبر عن صورتنا العامة، القانون الجديد ليس تهديدًا أو وعيدًا، نريد أن نتعاون جميعًا، ومن حق كل المؤسسات الرياضية أن تأخذ حقها وفق المسار القانوني، (نقطة ومن أول السطر واللي فات فات، سنبدأ من الآن)”.

وتابع: “أرسلنا لكرم جبر رئيس المجلس الأعلى للإعلام، لكي تتم عملية التنسيق لأي تجاوز يحدث على الساحة الإعلامية، أشكر وزارة الداخلية على السماح بدخول الجماهير، ومباراة الأهلي ستكون بحضور 50 ألف”.

وزاد: “بيان اليوم ليس المقصود به شخص مٌعين أو إسقاط على أحد ولا حتى توقيت إصداره له علاقة بشيء، لا أسقط على أحد بعينه، هناك لجنة قانونية ستتخذ كل الإجراءات، الوزارة ليست طرفًا عندما تحدث قضايا بين مجلس إدارة حالي ومجلس إدارة لم ينجح في ناد، لكننا نراعي الجزء القانوني بقدر الإمكان، وكل في مكانه لا بد أن يُحترم”.

وردا على.. هل بحثتم أمر رئيس الزمالك بعد أن يخرج غدا؟: “نحن لا نتشفى في أحد، وحمد لله على سلامته، هو طبق الجزء القانوني وخرج، نحن سنحترم القانون، وهناك أمور تدرس الآن، نراجع اللائحة الاسترشادية جيدًا جدًا حتى لا يُصدر أي قرار عشوائي”.

واختتم: “لن نخرج عن القانون، لأن مردود القرار القانوني ممكن يعود بنا 100 خطوة، وأتمنى من الزملاء أن يتحدثوا في الرياضة والنقد الرياضي والجزء القانوني له أشخاص معنيين”.
