O “Caso Victor Ramos” pode render uma dor de cabeça ainda maior para o Internacional. O inquérito feito pelo STJD para apurar o uso de documentos falsificados – e-mails de conversas envolvendo dirigentes da CBF – por parte do clube no processo desportivo que tramitou na corte foi encerrado. E com um pedido de enquadramento em um artigo que pode até gerar a expulsão do Corolado da Série B do Brasileirão.

Segundo a investigação conduzida pelo auditor Mauro Marcelo de Lima e Silva, o Inter não foi o responsável pela adulteração do conteúdo dos e-mails trocados entre funcionários da diretoria de registro e transferências da CBF e o Vitória. No entanto, o clube gaúcho não verificou, pela argumentação, a veracidade das conversas e acabou usando o conteúdo para tentar tirar os pontos do Leão por uma suposta escalação irregular do defensor.

O inquérito STJD se baseia no Artigo 61 do Código Disciplinar da Fifa para enquadrar os gaúchos,conformeantecipara a coluna De Prima. Além de cogitar sancionar o Inter exclusão da competição, o auditor Mauro Marcelo de Lima e Silva sugere as suspensões do ex-presidente colorado, Vitorio Piffero, e outros dirigentes.

Entre outras possibilidades de sanções estão a chance de não contratar jogadores ou receber multa. A Procuradoria analisará o pedido e fará a denúncia nos próximos dias.

“Observa-se que os documentos falsos foram utilizados, se não a título preordenado e intencional, no mínimo, sob suposta ignorância deliberada e clara assunção do risco mais do que previsível. (…) Houve a transgressão do ordenamento jurídico com a juntada da prova obtida ilegalmente”, escreveu o auditor na peça do inquérito publicada pelo STJD.

Vale lembrar que foram realizadas perícias para verificar a falsificação e em quais pontos elas ocorreram. Em resumo, a conversa entre as partes existiu, mas houve mudança de frases e inclusão de assinaturas de e-mails. Há diferenças, por exemplo, em erro de concordância verbal.

CONFIRA A NOTA DO STJD

O Auditor Mauro Marcelo de Lima e Silva concluiu na manhã desta quarta, dia 31 de maio, o inquérito sobre a falsificação de e-mails juntados pelo Internacional em dois processos no Superior Tribunal de Justiça Desportiva do Futebol. De acordo com o relator, o Internacional não foi o responsável pela falsificação, mas fez uso dos documentos adulterados. Em sua conclusão, Mauro Marcelo opina pela denúncia do Internacional, do ex-presidente Vitório Piffero, ex-diretor jurídico Giovani Gazen, dos advogados do clube Felipe Baumann, Daniel Cravo, Rogério Pastl e Diego do Canto e do ex-gerente de Futebol do Vitória, Anderson Barros. Com a conclusão, o relatório será encaminhado para a Procuradoria da Justiça Desportiva para possível denúncia aos jurisdicionados e encaminhado para a CBF e Ministério Público para análise das condutas dos intermediários.

No dia 7 de dezembro de 2016 o Internacional entrou no STJD do Futebol como terceiro interessado no caso Victor Ramos e reiterou a denúncia contra o Vitória por suposta escalação irregular do jogador. O clube gaúcho juntou como provas novas cópias de seis e-mails trocados entre a Diretoria de Registro e Transferência da CBF e o Vitória em conversa privada onde se discutia acerca da transferência do jogador (nacional ou internacional). Ciente da documentação, a CBF oficiou o STJD informando sobre a adulteração dos correios eletrônicos e com pedido de apuração da falsificação. Diante dos fatos foi aberta uma Notícia de Infração que resultou na instauração do presente inquérito 012/2017.

That’s according to a report by The Express, who claim that the Watford centre-forward is more than happy to see out the remaining year of his current contract at Vicarage Road, as the 30-year-old is acutely aware that a new club would find it difficult to match his £70k-per-week wages.

The report goes on to state teams such as QPR, Middlesbrough and Birmingham City have registered their interest in a loan deal for the former Burnley striker, however, their collective reluctance to pay a significant percentage of the Jamaica international’s salary means an agreement between Watford and any of the interested clubs looks unlikely.

Warburton will be gutted

While Mark Warburton has already secured a number of impressive additions to his QPR side in the summer transfer window, including the signing of West Bromwich Albion centre-forward Charlie Austin, a further deal for the £3.6m-rated Gray would have very much been the cherry on the cake for the 58-year-old.

While the 30-year-old has not exactly enjoyed the most prolific of spells in the Premier League, scoring 23 goals and registering eight assists over his 115 appearances in the top flight, it is undeniable that, at Championship level, Gray is an extremely capable goalscorer.

Indeed, over his 118 Championship fixtures, the centre-forward Xisco Munoz dubbed a “brilliant” player has bagged 46 goals and provided 19 assists, averaging a direct goal involvement a little under every two games.

As such, alongside a fellow Championship bagsman in Austin, the addition of Gray would have certainly provided QPR’s hopes of promotion this season with a rather significant boost, and the fact it appears a deal for the Watford man is all but dead in the water will undoubtedly have left Warburton gutted.

To the astonishment of almost everybody he was called up at the last minute to replace the injured Ryan Sidebottom, after 11 first-class matches, but was promptly dropped and hasn’t even been named in England’s Performance Squad for the winter.”I don’t think I’d be picking someone to play the one Test when they haven’t really played that many first-class games and weren’t in the squad,” Pattinson told . “It was a left-field selection. If I was in [the selectors’] situation, I wouldn’t have picked me to play for England when there were guys like Steve Harmison – who I know has had his problems – waiting in the wings and ready to go. It’s really an astonishing story, when you think about it.”Pattinson didn’t disgrace himself on the field, claiming the scalps of Hashim Amla and Ashwell Prince, as England were hammered by 10 wickets. A few weeks later he played for England Lions as South Africa warmed-up for the one-day series, but now he is preparing for pre-season with his club, Dandenong, and Victoria before resuming the Sheffield Shield.”If I never played another international, I’d be OK with that,” he added. “As far as the England players were concerned, they were nice and very welcoming. I guess [Michael] Vaughan was coming to the end of his captaincy at the time, so there might have been a few issues there. I didn’t get all the stuff he said, but I take it, it was mostly to do with the selection.”Pattinson came within one win of finishing the season with a Championship medal, but Nottinghamshire were beaten by Hampshire in the final game. However, Pattinson ended with a very respectable 47 wickets at 24.65 even though he was carrying a groin injury by the final weeks of the summer. But he still hasn’t quite come to terms with his England experience.”The whole England thing was unexpected and I was certainly more than happy to get the opportunity to play international cricket,” he said. “But with all the stuff that came with it, it’s hard to say just how I view the whole experience right now. I’m sure I’ll look back in a few years and be happy I played a Test, but there are a few mixed feelings at the moment.”

Rogério Ceni realizou um treino técnico que divertiu os jogadores na tarde desta terça-feira, no CT da Barra Funda. A atividade teve circuito com desafios variados e o novo possível desfalque do São Paulo foi o atacante Andrés Chávez, que sentiu dores na coxa direita e não apareceu no campo.

O técnico separou o elenco em três times para realizar o aquecimento e, mais tarde, definiu cinco objetivos em uma espécie de circuito, alternando corrida e prática de fundamentos ao longo de um dos campos do centro de treinamento.

Primeiramente, os jogadores tinham que acertar pequenos gols com um banco na frente. Depois, chutar bolas entre cones e, mais tarde, finalizar com o travessão como meta em outro ponto. Na sequência, precisava balançar as redes entre dois gols colocados frente a frente. Na última parte do circuito, os atletas deveriam fazer embaixadinhas entre hastes e finalizar no gol.

Enquanto os atletas de linha realizavam esse trabalho técnico, os goleiros faziam treinamentos específicos e davam voltas no gramado. Terminaram o dia deitados no chão, testando reflexo defendendo as bolas arremessados por membros da comissão técnica.

Em relação a problemas físicas, Andrés Chávez reclamou de dores na coxa direita e fez tratamento no Reffis ao lado do volante Araruna, também com problemas musculares, e do atacante Wellington Nem, que operou o joelho esquerdo. O volante Wesley, em recuperação de estiramento na coxa direita, só correu no gramado.

Nenhum deles deve estar à disposição de Rogério Ceni para enfrentar a Ponte Preta no domingo, em Campinas, juntando-se à lista de desfalques que já tem o atacante Morato, que passou por cirurgia no joelho direito e deve voltar a entrar em campo somente no ano que vem.

As the realisation slowly dawns on England’s cricketers that their US$20million cash-grab is just a little tawdry, then at least Steve Harmison can say with honesty that he never wanted to be a part of this charade anyway.Harmison’s attitude to the Stanford Super Series has been one of unrelenting awkwardness, ever since he was persuaded by his new captain, Pietersen, to go back on the decision to retire from limited-overs internationals that he made at the end of the 2006-07 Ashes. His initial preference had been to come back into the fold on November 2, with the million-dollar match out of the way and a tour of India lying ahead, but now, here he is with the money-shot in sight, and he’s not about to pass up an opportunity to secure his family’s future.”I’m not someone who wears big, chunky watches or drives flash Ferraris,” said Harmison. “That’s just not me. If you win the game, you can spend the money on whatever you want. But I’ve four young children and I’d like to be able to make their life better through childhood all the way through to adulthood.”Financial security is a tantalising prospect (though not, it would seem, for the Superstars captain, Chris Gayle, who declared he would “spend it, man” if the bounty came his way). First though, the players on both sides will have to negotiate the nerves that will surely be associated with this most unconventional of contests.For Harmison, that may mean replicating the final-over heroics that saved England from slipping to an untimely defeat against Trinidad and Tobago on Tuesday night. With ten runs to play with, Harmison kept the ball as full and straight as he could, to inch his side to a one-run win.”Would I be able to bowl the same over as the other night? I am human so it would enter a small part of the mind but once you are about to bowl you are focused on one thing – where you want to put it.”Death bowling isn’t Harmison’s usual role in limited-overs cricket, although with the England camp stricken by a stomach bug, circumstances dictated that he had to step up. “I have played cricket for 10-12 years and I’ve bowled the last over maybe 10 times. So that was good to do. It’s not normally my job but if it comes down to it, in Twenty20 you have to be flexible to carry out whatever is put in front of you.”If England have spent the week planning for all eventualities, then at least it has distracted them from dwelling too long and hard on the implications of Saturday’s life-changing opportunity. “Of course, it is an incentive, it’s a life-changing sum, but nobody has really discussed the money because we haven’t got it. The money ain’t in our hands,” said Harmison. “But we’re not here for the Ashes, we’re not here for the World Cup. We are here for the money because the simple fact of the matter is we are playing for US$20million.”Win or lose, however, Harmison was adamant that the tournament would be beneficial to cricket in the long run, because regardless of the fattening of the players’ wallets, US$3.5million will go directly to the English and West Indian boards. “It is good for the game,” said Harmison. “Both boards are benefiting and the players who win are benefiting – in the long term. Hopefully the money in two or three years’ time will have filtered through to the right sources. Stadiums will be better, youth cricket will be better, everything will be better.” That sort of optimism ought to stand him in good stead on the big night.

لكن الصفقة لن تكون سهلة لوجود أندية أخرى تسعى للظفر بخدمات دي ليخت مثل تشيلسي ومانشستر سيتي الذين يتمتعان باستقرار أكبر وسيشاركان في بطولة دوري أبطال أوروبا عكس مانشستر يونايتد الذي سيشارك في بطولة الدوري الأوروبي.

وانتقل دي ليخت إلى يوفنتوس في عام 2019 مقابل 85.5 مليون يورو، سجل 8 أهداف في 117 مباراة، ولديه شرط جزائي في عقده بقيمة 120 مليون يورو.

العرض الوحيد الذي تلقاه يوفنتوس لضم دي ليخت كان من تشيلسي بمقابل مادي قيمته 40 مليون يورو بالإضافة إلى تيمو فيرنر أو كريستيان بوليسيتش.

Newcastle United are now reportedly eyeing a move for Valencia centre-back Mouctar Diakhaby before the summer transfer window ends.

The St. James’ Park faithful are after a new central defender, with the likes of Ozan Kabak and Phil Jones recently being linked.

However, with the deadline just a few days away, they need to act fast if they are going to bring one in, and Steve Bruce has admitted funds are running thin.

The Latest: Diakhaby eyed

As per AS, the North East club have not ruled out the possibility of signing Diakhaby, who sees Tyneside as a ‘good destination’ for him.

The Valencia ace wants to play in the Premier League, and would cost Bruce’s team a fee in the region of between €8-10m (£6.9-8.6m) in order to secure his signature.

The Verdict: Sign

At 24 years of age, Diakhaby has not reached his peak yet, and so potentially paying a mere £6.9m for him would represent good business by the Magpies.

With a six-foot-three frame, he would offer them a threat in both boxes and should have few problems in coping with the physical demands of the top flight.

O Botafogo foi a primeira equipe brasileira a visitar Medellín (COL) após a queda do avião que levava a Chapecoense, no final do ano passado. O volante, assim como Camilo, defendeu o Índio Condá por duas temporadas, e tinha mais de trinta amigos entre as vítimas fatais da tragédia. O meia, por sua vez, segue alegando dores no ombro direito, e não viajou. Contudo, o centroavante Roger estará presente, titular como sempre. Em 2015, ele marcou 12 gols em 26 partidas.

Neste sábado, o Botafogo fará os últimos ajustes antes do jogo contra a Chapecoense no próprio CT da Chape. A tendência é uma atividade de bolas paradas, como habitualmente nas vésperas de jogos.
